FinovoCalc provides free, browser-based subtitle tools \u2014 a Sync Shifter, a Format Converter and a Bilingual Merger \u2014 without any account, subscription or usage fee. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malicious code or attempt to exploit the site's infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts to send excessive requests that degrade the service for other users.
• Use the tools to process content you don't have the right to modify or distribute.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While we aim for accurate timing shifts, format conversions and merges, we don't guarantee the output will be error-free or perfectly suited to every use case. Always review the downloaded file before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

FinovoCalc and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools.

File size and availability

Uploads are currently limited to 5MB per file to keep the service fast for everyone. We may adjust limits, add or remove tools, or modify functionality at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding and underlying code are the property of FinovoCalc. The subtitle files you upload and download remain your property \u2014 we claim no ownership over your content.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
